Rendering the AI Santa video is the largest cost. Every custom video needs real GPU time to generate. A free name-slot template is rendered once and shown to everyone, so serving it again costs nothing; a video written and rendered for one child cannot work that way.
Turning the script into Santa's voice, lip-synced to the video, uses a separate AI model. That cost comes on top of writing the script itself.
